In February-March 2018, Saša and Greg worked on a project for Richard Ireland to investigate the original painted decoration of the coffered ceiling surrounding the large paintings by Peter Paul Rubens in the ceiling. This is an original part of the Inigo Jones building finished in 1622. The work involved using scalpels to methodically remove layers of paint producing stepped windows that clearly illustrate the various historical schemes.
